The earth was hazy, a ruined city falling silent under a gloomy, blood-red rain, devoid of any sign of life.
Inside the city, crumbling walls and debris lay everywhere, with decay consuming all things. Collapsed houses were visible at every turn, alongside greenish-black corpses and pulverized flesh, silent and withered like shattered autumn leaves.
The streets, once bustling with activity, were now desolate. The dirt roads that had seen constant traffic were now stripped of all commotion. All that remained was a shocking slurry of blood, mud, dirt, and paper, indistinguishable from one another.
