Ye Qingyun followed Ye Xiaoqian in a single direction. The fog in the forest showed no signs of dispersing; beyond five paces, visibility was almost zero. Yet, Ye Xiaoqian seemed completely unaffected, moving at a brisk pace without the slightest need to check her way. After walking for about the time it takes to burn a stick of incense, the fog began to thin. Soon, a village appeared in Ye Qingyun’s line of sight. An archway stood at the entrance, the characters "Ye Family Village" clearly visible upon it. Ye Qingyun frowned slightly; the archway was a vivid, striking red, looking as though it had been stained with fresh blood.
"Young Master, come to my home to rest," Ye Xiaoqian said.
