"Then you two shall see for yourselves."
In an instant, phantom images of the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Arhats of the Western Paradise appeared behind the Bodhisattva Guanyin. They all stood behind her, their distinct Buddhist energies converging around her form. Among them was the combined power of the other sixteen of the Eighteen Arhats. Even the vast, overwhelming Buddhist energies of the three Buddhas—Dipankara, Tathagata, and Maitreya—appeared upon her.
